Pollution in Chillán.

One of the big problems we have in Chile is pollution. In my point of view, Chillán is one of the most contaminated city in Chile, because many people use wood burning stoves, because of the cold weather. This is understandable, but they also use it even if it's not necessary. However, burning woods are not the only contamination problem that we have here. In addition, the boilers of some industries, like the milling industry, and the vehicle fleet that in the last few years has grown too much.

In Chillán, the 95% of pollution is generated by burning wood, because people use wood stoves a lot, for the cold weather, but everybody knows that this is so dangerous for our health, because the pollution increases the risk of acute respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia, and chronic diseases, such as lung cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

The daily air condition is determined by a forecasting system developed by the Ministry of Environment. This system incorporates the data delivered by its monitoring stations throughout the country and the weather forecast of the Meteorological Office in Chile, among other variables. Finally, the regional authority that enacts air condition for the next day and the measures associated with this.

To improve air conditions, it has tried to make a replacement on the type of burning wood stoves with more efficient as the dual-chamber, but it's a resource that isn't available to everyone.

France, formerly known as Gaul, is a country situated in Western Europe. It borders with Spain, Andorra, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain and Switerzeland.

Why would I like to visit France?

I'd like to visit France, because its language and its touristic places are so beautiful, and its culture is so interesting. So, some places that I'd like to visit are:

The first place I'd visit of France would be Paris, specifically The Eiffel Tower, because inside, it has a post office, where I'd like to send postcards with a special stamp call "Paris Tour Eiffel" to my family. Also it has restaurants, where I could taste French dishes, like Pain au chocolat, Choucroute garnie, Crêpe, etc. Besides it has souvenir shops, wax figures, exhibitions, etc. Finally, I'd like reaching the summit to see the surroundings of the city.

The second place I'd visit is Place Charles de Gaulle to see the Arc de Triomphe, monument that represents so much for the French and also, it has witnessed of many historic moments. So I'd learn about French culture. Besides, I'd climb to the top of the monument to see the views of the famous avenue called Les Champs-Élysées that surrounds it and where I could go shopping.

After, I'd travel to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, because it has a beautiful view to Mont Blanc with spectacular scenery where I could relax myself. Also it has pretty lakes and waterfalls that offer this place. Finally, here I could do some sports like mountain climbing, paragliding, skiing, snowboarding, trekking, etc.

Another place that I'd like to visit is Côte d'Azur which is located in Niza. This beach has a beautiful turquoise sea and a lovely sight. Also, if I wish to go shopping, it's not necessary to get away from the beach, because it has some shops near to buy whatever I want. Another thing that I'd like is to look at the architecture of this place, because I think is so attractive.

Finally, the last place I'd like to visit the Palais Longchamp in Marsella, because of its baroque architecture, in addition to charming fountains and a magnificent that represent a chariot drawn by bulls of the Camargue on which is a female figure symbolizing fertility and abundance that carries the arrival of water, that are in front of the palace.

Why should people visit France?

First of all, if people love French language or love to know about other cultures, they should visit France, because it has The Eiffel Tower that is part of the culture, the Arc de Triomphe, which is a monument that represents so much for the French and Palais Longchamp, because it has near to Musée des Beaux-Arts and Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle. Also, if people love the places with nature or love to practice sports, they can visit many places like Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, because it's a magic place with beautiful scenery and where can do many sports. Finally, if people like to go shopping, they will love visit Place Charles de Gaulle or Côte d'Azur, because these are near to shops, although the last place shows a pretty beach.
